FAIRENTRY ONLINE REGISTRATION SYSTEM WILL OPEN ON FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 12TH AND WILL CLOSE AT 5PM ON FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 26TH
WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THIS OPPORTUNITY TO REGISTER YOUR ENTRIES FROM THE COMFORT OF YOUR HOME!

** Please review this guide to help you complete your online entry: 2025 CVF Fair Entry Guide

For the second year, the Coosa Valley Fair is excited to offer registration for the Homemaking and Arts and Crafts Exhibits using the FairEntry online fair management system.
Beginning September 12th , please log on to https://coosavalleyfair.fairentry.com to submit your entries to the fair. The online entry system streamlines the entry process, so check-ins, judging, and results can be processed and posted quickly and efficiently at the fair.
Online entries are required for all Homemaking exhibitors. The deadline for
pre-
registered online entries is Friday, September 26th, at 5 pm. This deadline will be strictly enforced since we will need to print tags for all pre-registered exhibitors prior to check-in on Sunday. If you are pre-registered all you need to do on Sunday, September 29th, from 1pm until 4pm, is bring you items and we will already have your tags printed out for you. If you have never pre-registered for the fair, don’t let it intimidate you. It really is very easy, and saves you time on Sunday.
If you do not pre-register your entries you may still bring your entries to the Community Building at the Coosa Valley Fairgrounds on Sunday, September 28th, from 1pm until 4pm and we will assist you. You must be in line before 4pm, and if you have a large number of entries we encourage you not to wait until the last minute. Late entries will not be allowed.

Each of our Youth Divisions will utilize a suffix to denote the age group as follows:
1= K-3rd Grade
2= 4th – 8th Grade
3= 9th – 12 Grade
For example, Department 5, Division A1 is Floyd County Youth Clothing for K-3rd Grade, Division A2 is for 4th-8th, and A3 is 9th-12th Grade. As always, Floyd County Youth and All Other Coosa Valley Youth register in separate Divisions.

If you have any questions about the process, feel free to email us at
entries@coosavalleyfair.com and we will get back to you quickly. We look forward to
making your fair experience the best yet!
