The Coosa Valley Spring Fair is presented by Wade Shows and held at the Coosa Valley Fairgrounds. This event is separate from the annual Coosa Valley Fair hosted each fall by the Exchange Club of Rome.

The Coosa Valley Fair marks the beginning of Fall for the residents of the Coosa Valley including Northwest Georgia and Northeast Alabama.
Known as Fall’s Finest Festival, the Fair has been sponsored by the Exchange Club of Rome continuously since its founding in 1949.
