ONLINE REGISTRATION SYSTEM WILL OPEN SEPTEMBER 12TH AND WILL CLOSE AT 5PM ON FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 26TH. 

WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THIS OPPORTUNITY TO REGISTER YOUR ENTRIES FROM THE COMFORT OF YOUR HOME!

The Coosa Valley Fair is excited to announce a transition to the FairEntry online fair management system for the Fine Art Exhibits.

Beginning September 12th, please log on to https://coosavalleyfair.fairentry.com to submit your entries to the fair. The online entry system will streamline the entry process, so check-ins, judging, and results can be processed and posted quickly and efficiently at the fair.  

Step by Step Fair Entry Instructions  

 Online entries will be required for all Fine Art exhibitors. The deadline for pre-registered online entries is Friday, September 26th, at 5 pm. This deadline will be strictly enforced since we will need to print tags for all pre-registered exhibitors prior to check-in on Sunday. 

Please note: Check-in of pre-registered items and registration of all other items will be done in the Community Building. Please go to the Community Building first to receive your registration tags before going to the Fine Art Department.

Artwork must be submitted on Sunday, Sept. 28, 2025 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. and must be picked up on Sunday, Oct. 5, 2025 between 1 p.m. and 4 p.m., but cannot be removed earlier. If not picked up within 30 days of this date from the Premium Department, cash awards will be donated to the Exchange Club Family Resource Center.

The Coosa Valley Fair Association and the Exchange Club of Rome cannot be responsible for damage or loss for any reason. You may be assured that every precaution will be taken to safeguard your work.
