CVFA Information Booth

During Fair Week, the Information booth is the central communications hub. The knowledgable Exchange Club members who man the booth are seasoned veterans of many past Fairs dedicated to making your visit to the Fair both safe and enjoyable. The information Booth is open daily from the time the gates open until the major crowds clear at night.–usually about 9:00 Tuesday – Thursday and a little later on Friday and Saturday.
The information booth is the place to report everything from lost keys to lost children — and during a normal Fair, we see plenty of both extremes and everything in between.
They maintain radio contact with security, emergency services, and Fair officials on the Fairgrounds who can react as required. Please report any large or small emergencies or problems you encounter to the Information Booth located on the north edge of the Fairgrounds between the Livestock Exhibits and the Art / Photography Building, as soon as practical.
Information Booth personnel will be glad to page someone for you, but please be aware that the paging system can only reach a small portion of the Fairgrounds. Anyone in the Midway Area or in many of the buildings will not hear the page. We highly recommend that you stay in touch with the rest of your party by cell phone, or by meeting at a regular intervals at designated locations.
The Information booth manager supervises the crew who maintain the cleanliness of the restrooms. Please report any problems you encounter in this area to the Information booth.
First Aid
The First Aid area is located next to the Exchange Club Fair Information Booth near the Main Gate.
Restrooms
Public restroom facilities are located at the east end of the Art / Photography building and in the north-East end of the Community Building. Handicapped accomodations are provided in the Art / Photography building rest rooms only. Changing stations are available there also.
It is our intention to provide clean, well suplied restroom facilities for our guests. If this is not the case when you next visit these accomodations, please do your friends a favor by reporting any descrepencies you encounter to the Information Booth.

There is a charge for Fair Admission, but not for parking.
These are the unsung heros of Fair Week. This crew works tirelessly beginning with the rush of the Pre-Opening-Carload-Special Tuesday afternoon until the last car is squeezed in late Saturday night. They do their job with skill and patience. And they appreciate our visitor’s skill and patience as well. They can use your help! If your organization is interested in helping with parking sometime during fair week, contact the head of the parking committee to discuss how your group can participate. | ||
Community Food Booths
While the Coosa Valley Fair Association owns the six food booths located near the north end of the Fairgrounds accross from the Information Booth, we do not run any of them. They are operated by various organizations around the area who maintain and operate the booths for their own profit.
Most of these organizations derive a significant part of their annual income from the proceeds of their sales during the Fair. We urge you to patronize these booths and support the organizations they represent.
Blacktop (Grounds) Vendors
There’s a plethora of food options along the midway provided by our ride vendor, Wade Shows as well!
In addition, you will find a few food trucks and other vendors tucked in the midway.
As you could imagine, there are very limited spaces on the grounds themselves that are available for vendors. Most of these spaces are managed and reserved through our rides & attractions vendor, Wade Shows. Please contact Wade Shows for grounds vendor inquiries.
